The Idyllic Beach Houses: Rental Rates

Off-Season Rate (September through 1st week of June):
$159 per night, 2-night minimum
Free 3rd night throughout off-season, our "Monsoon Special"

Summer Rate (2nd week of June through Labor Day Weekend):
$199 per night (3-night minimum),

Holiday Rate (Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve):
$199 per night (3-night minimum)

Cleaning fee: $75.00

Stay a 3rd night free throughout off-season.
Holidays excluded.

Cancellation Policy:
We are not able to offer any refund in the event of cancellation (except for the cleaning fee and security deposit) unless we are able to re-book the dates. If that is possible, I am glad to refund the entire amount. This applies to both the initial down-payment and the final payment.
